AIR CONDITIONER- Less than a year old with far more oomph than you’ll find in most window units. Price=$100.
2 FUTONS- Both in fine shape. Price= $20 for one, $35 for both.
COFFEE TABLE- Decorative metal frame with nice finished wood top. This gem definitely ain’t from ikea. Price=$20.
