I am a current post-bac living in a second home that my Parents recently purchased. They would like to rent out another room in the house to another male post-bac. The house is 4-5 miles away from campus, I bike it every morning and it is not that bad. 1224 Remington Road, Wynnewood PA 19096. The room is pretty big, with a large closet. It does not have its own bathroom but there are 3.5 bathrooms to choose from in the house and I am the only other person living in the house right now. The room would be partially furnished with a bed, and maybe a desk and bookshelf if you need it. Rent would be 400$ a month.

My roommates and I are looking to turn over our four-bedroom apartment to incoming postbacs, with leases starting June 1st. (We can be flexible
about move-in date.) The house is in Narberth, (approximately 10 min drive to school, so you would each need a car – there is a driveway and also street parking with a permit). The house is very spacious and the neighborhood is very friendly.

1.5 bathroom, laundry machines in basement, renovated kitchen, dishwasher, dining room, porch (and grill), backyard, and four bedrooms. Rent is $2275/month, or $568.75 evenly split. Utilities not included (~$150/month).

So my roommate and I live in the Radcliffe House(1000 Conestoga Rd, Apt C345).  It’s approximately 1 mile from campus, rent is $1280 for this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place with a kitchen (includes dishwasher, gas stove, oven etc).  Rent also includes 1 parking spot (there’s also plenty of “visitor parking,” both of us have a car and have never had a problem parking both of them.  Rent also includes membership to a pool.  The pool is not on premises, but rather at the apartment complex next door.  The apartment has a balcony as well.  Unlike a lot of the apartments in the area, this one is 100% legal to live in, so there is no chance of the township kicking you out of your apartment midyear.  It is technically just over the border in Radnor Township (which has different student housing laws than Lower Merion Township), and is zoned for graduate students (there are a lot of Villanova Law students that live in the building)

The reason I’m posting this is that our lease goes until June 1.  My roommate will be leaving around the middle of May when finals are over.  I’ll be taking the MCAT May 23 and will be moving out the following week so if you rent this apartment you can move in before June 1, I’ll let you in and give you a spare set of keys.  Contact me if you’re interested and I’ll put you in touch with my landlord.

I am hoping to sublet my studio apartment in Narberth for the summer. My
2nd floor apartment is small, pleasant, and furnished. I live in a quiet
building only one block from the R5 station, close to both Montgomery Ave.
and Lancaster Ave.

I am looking for a quiet, considerate, non-smoker, who would be interested
in subletting between the beginning of June and mid-August (or a
significant part of that time).

I will be asking $690/month (less than my full rent). This includes heat,
water, and internet access. The tenant would be responsible for paying
for electricity use, as well as watering my plants and occasionally
forwarding mail.
