Room available!

I am a current post-bac living in a second home that my Parents recently purchased. They would like to rent out another room in the house to another male post-bac. The house is 4-5 miles away from campus, I bike it every morning and it is not that bad. 1224 Remington Road, Wynnewood PA 19096. The room is pretty big, with a large closet. It does not have its own bathroom but there are 3.5 bathrooms to choose from in the house and I am the only other person living in the house right now. The room would be partially furnished with a bed, and maybe a desk and bookshelf if you need it. Rent would be 400$ a month.

This apartment is extremely spacious with modern kitchen featuring a dishwasher and laundry (washer and dryer).
Apartment has two elevators and is within walking distance to the Bryn Mawr train station,Bryn Mawr College, and the Acme supermarket on Lancaster. If you can move in for June 1, there is also a bunch of free furniture up for grabs: This includes a full size bed with boxframe and bedframe, a coffee table, a couch that seats 8, a lazy-z-boy style seat, another one person seat, a 5?x8? carpet, and an entire set of kitchen supplies (cups, cutlery, silverware, pots, pans, etc.).
Location - Montgomery and N. Merion.
